Notice that there is not much difference between the arrowed storm (the dark one in the ch3enh image) and the other ones over the Baltic sea as regards their appearance in the ch4enh image. In contrary to the previous case, the increased reflectivity does not cover the entire storm top uniformly, it is somewhat lower at the southwest part of the storm.
